The World Is My Ube
I am Jerome Espinosa Baladad, and in this website, the name of which is a play of a story I read a long time ago back when I was still in the Philippines, I will have products and services featured, which have been derived from a life lived for over a half a century and from a South East Asian country to being in the USA.
Ube is mostly known as purple yam to others. And in this website, I will endeavor to share interests I have and am into with those who share similar interests. Lifestyle choices. Suggestions. These include books (used and new ones),some choice vintage items, craft items, art works of some creative folks I have met here in New York City for the past 18 years of being here, collected ephemera from being in New York City, the links to online stores I have with Market America's shop.com, a few of the investments I have made, and other emerging businesses I have been building, growing, developing all these years with my customers.
